5 Super Easy Smoothies for Breakfast – Make them FAST and they keep you FULL

You no longer have to skip the most important meal because of your busy schedule. Here is a few smoothie recipes to help with your morning breakfast on the go.

  1. Blackberry and Kale Smoothies – A boost of greens in the morning with banana will keep you full but will also give you energy, while the coconut water will hydrate you throughout the day. Put in blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of blackberries

  • 1 cup chopped kale

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup water or coconut water

  • ½-inch fresh ginger

  1. Espresso Protein Shake- this drink will not only give you the kick you need to stay alert during a busy day but the protein will keep you full until lunch. Place ingredients into blender until smooth and ENJOY!

  • 1/2 cup cashew milk

  • 2/3 cups ice cubes

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 2 ounces espresso

  • 1/4 cup unflavored egg-white protein powder

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Let the anti-inflammatory properties of the juice and seeds team up with protein powder which is great for a post recovery shake.

  • tablespoons pomegranate seeds
