Blackberry and Kale Smoothies – A boost of greens in the morning with banana will keep you full but will also give you energy, while the coconut water will hydrate you throughout the day. Put in blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.

8 ounces of blackberries
1 cup chopped kale
1 frozen banana
1 cup water or coconut water
